How to Find the Right Oil for My Vehicle

If you only remember one thing from all of this, let it be this: the right oil is the oil that fits your exact vehicle and how you actually use it.

That may sound simple, but it’s the foundation of making a smart decision.

Too many people try to choose oil based on random advice, price alone or whatever someone else happens to use. But the right choice depends on a few specific things: your vehicle, engine type, mileage, driving conditions, climate, and whether you use it for commuting, towing, performance, work or recreation.

That’s why I always start there.

When someone reaches out to me, I help them work backward from the application. What are you driving? How is it used? How many miles are on it? What are you trying to achieve, better protection, performance, convenience, wholesale pricing, or long-term maintenance?

Once you know those answers, finding the right oil gets a lot easier.

This is one reason I think AMSOIL appeals to so many people. It gives them options for specific applications instead of forcing everything into one generic solution. But having options can also feel overwhelming, which is why having someone help you sort through it matters.

I’ve seen people make great decisions once they stop trying to guess and start looking at the full picture. Whether it’s a truck, a high-mileage daily driver, a motorcycle, a side-by-side or a classic car, the right oil is about fit.

My overall message is this: AMSOIL is not just another oil brand. It’s a system for people who care about performance, maintenance, and long-term protection.

Some people will simply use the products. Some will become Preferred Customers. Some will decide to become Dealers. But it all starts with the same first step, choosing the right product for the job.

And that’s exactly where I’m here to help.
