The AMSOIL Dealer opportunity has been around since 1973. Many Dealers enjoy selling part-time as a way to fund their passion, like racing, restoring cars, riding motorcycles or traveling. Some have grown their Dealerships into full-time jobs.

What to expect as an independent AMSOIL Dealer


Minimal startup cost


$50 ($65 in Canada). That’s all it takes to register, get your Dealer Kit and get started.



The Dealer Kit includes…

Some businesses carry high start-up costs. Not the AMSOIL Dealer opportunity. It only costs $49.95 for a one-year Dealership ($64.95 in Canada).



No inventory requirements


Starting a business can be a hassle, one of the biggest hurdles being inventory.


The AMSOIL Dealer opportunity doesn’t force you to have an inventory of products (although some Dealers choose to inventory products to sell to people in their area).


You can sell AMSOIL products and fulfill your orders from AMSOIL directly. We have 13 distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada to make sure orders ship quickly.



More than 99 percent of orders placed by 5 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within 24 hours.


Even more impressive, more than 96 percent of orders in by noon are shipped the same day. And 99.9 percent are accurately fulfilled.


Not only that, but Dealers get free shipping on orders of $400 or more ($450 in Canada).


Support when you need it


AMSOIL maintains a team that can help you with any questions you may have.


We also provide access to several free training resources through the online AMSOIL Dealer Zone designed to help you learn more about lubrication fundamentals and AMSOIL products. We also host online training events from time to time as well.


Sell to different customer types


Unlike other direct-marketing opportunities, as an independent AMSOIL Dealer, you are encouraged to grow your customer base by talking to individual people, retailers, commercial businesses and other potential AMSOIL Dealers. Most new Dealers start by registering friends, family and acquaintances as AMSOIL Preferred Customers (P.C.s).


We promote AMSOIL products through events, sponsorships and national advertising so Dealers have a reputable brand to sell.



Tools to grow your business


The Product Guides at AMSOIL.com/AMSOIL.ca are my favorite AMSOIL tool. They help you find everything you need for nearly anything with an engine. It works as a sales tool when you’re talking to customers who ask you what products to use in their vehicles.



MyAMSOILGarage is another great tool that would probably cost money from a different company. But it’s free for everyone.


This tool lets you store vehicle maintenance information and set up service reminders, like when to change oil or transmission fluid.


Dealers use this tool to keep track of their customers’ vehicles so they can send friendly reminders when it’s time to change oil or other fluids.


Event opportunities


AMSOIL Dealers can leverage the work of our marketing team by selling AMSOIL products at events we sponsor.


Customer promotions


Signing up AMSOIL Preferred Customers (P.C.s) is a tried-and-true way to build a strong customer base.


We help by providing P.C.s free shipping on orders of $100 or more ($130 in Canada). Alongside that, we send email promotions to P.C.s, incentivizing them to place orders, which builds your income.

  • Always identify yourself as an independent AMSOIL Dealer to avoid confusing yourself with AMSOIL INC.

  • A Dealership provides an opportunity to make money selling AMSOIL products to new customers. Respect the work of your fellow Dealers by not interfering with their active customers or accounts.

An AMSOIL Dealership is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes hard work and discipline to build an AMSOIL Dealership. But we provide all kinds of resources to help you get started.
